Dear GJ Team Member, 

We have some timely New Year updates to share.

RSVP now for Monday, February 24, 2025

GJ is hosting an exclusive all company event in partnership with KAO (Oribe/Goldwell.)   More details to come on this evening time event.  You can look forward to light bites, inspiration and education from platform artists, and the rare opportunity to come together as a team with a toast at the event conclusion.

All employees in all departments are encouraged to attend.  This is a voluntary event. Hair departments will earn a CEP credit for attending and 2 hours paid at training rate.

Pre-Booking Focus with Incentives

To improve the consistency of our business (and keep our team busy outside of holiday surges!!) the Company is putting a very strong focus on prebooking to begin 2025.  

To help get this started, we have a contest running with cash prizes as well as four trips to Malta with Wella in April.  The contest runs Jan 5 to Feb 15.  Details attached or check in with your manager for details or view the in-salon poster pictured below

Even without a prize, anyone who focuses on prebooking guests will be rewarded with more consistent business and enhanced guest loyalty.

 Fulfill your 2025 CEP

The Class Calendar is updated and ready for the start of the year.  Sign up online now for your CEP as space may be limited.  All salon and spa departments can find relevant classes on the calendar. (Skincare CEP to be communicated directly in this coming week)
