Hunter is a Seattle native. Loves the diversity of hair that sits in her chair. Has trained under premier artist for the first year of her career at GJ. Master colorist certified. Hunter is also a part of our Color training team.

I enjoy making people feel beautiful. I’ve been coloring hair with Gene Juarez since 1989 and I love it as much today as my first day. I am so grateful that I get to do what I love everyday while meeting wonderful people and making them feel their best. (works at Northgate and Bellevue)

James, a premier designer and Vice President of Creative, has been with the company for 32 years. He loves to customize a look for his clients and enjoys everything beauty, fashion and trend related. His mantra is, “For each woman that visits my chair, I want to make her as beautiful, fashionable, and relevant as she wishes to be!”

Having worked in Southern California, San Francisco and now the Seattle area, Jeremy has over two decades of experience in the hair industry. He loves working with hair, long or short, providing the highest attention to detail in order to customize the right look for you.

John Paul has over 25 years in the hair industry, working at top salons all over the United States including Los Angeles, San Francisco and Chicago. He joined Gene Juarez over 20 years ago and has worked both behind the chair and as an educator. He specializes in razor cuts and BoHo chic styling but also enjoys working with fine textures and long hair. He cherishes his long-time loyal guests and also loves welcoming new clients. His passion for hair and making clients feel and look beautiful on the inside and out is what keeps him inspired.

I enjoy sharing my experience and expertise with all my guests. I give them a design they love and can style at home.

Samantha is a Bellevue local and has spent her entire professional career with Gene Juarez. She enjoys connecting with women from all walks of life and working with all different lengths and hair textures. She loves fixing "hair catastrophes" and will give you honest feedback on whether or not your hair goals are realistic and/or achievable.

Have worked exclusively with GJ since 1995. Participated in the education programs and traveled for education to Paris, Rome and New York. Also participated in New York Fashion week.

Coming from a family of hairdressers, her expert approach and warm smile will leave you feeling better then when you walked in.

I have been a nail tech at Bellevue Gene Juarez for 20 years. My goal is to give each guest a break from their busy day. Our reflexology pedicure is my favorite service and is especially pampering.
