These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the GJ
Collective Loyalty Program (“Program”) offered by Gene Juarez Salons & Spas
(“Gene Juarez,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By participating in the
Program, you (“Guest,” “Member,” or “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Program Description

The Program is a promotional loyalty program that allows eligible guests
to earn points on qualifying transactions and activities and, where applicable,
redeem such points for rewards, subject to the terms set forth herein.

The Program is offered at the sole discretion of Gene Juarez and may be
modified, suspended, or terminated at any time.

2. Eligibility and Enrollment

2.1. The Program is open to individuals who make qualifying purchases or
bookings with Gene Juarez.

2.2. Enrollment is automatic upon engagement in a qualifying transaction
or activity.

2.3. The Program is void where prohibited by law.

2.4. The Program is intended for personal, non-commercial use only.

3. Earning Points

3.1. Points may be earned on qualifying activities, which may include
but are not limited to:

Pre-booking appointments

Online bookings

Service enhancements

Retail purchases

Package or membership purchases

Referrals

Submission of reviews or feedback

3.2. The number of points awarded for each activity is determined solely
by Gene Juarez and may be modified at any time without notice.

Refer a friend 100 points

Writing a review 25 points

Prebooking 50 points same business day

Online booking 25 points

Adding a qualifying enhancement 1 point per $1 spent

Package or membership purchases 1 point for $1 spent

Retail purchases 1 point for $1 spent

Elite Tier earn double points on PreBooking, referrals , Online booking
and Reviews

o Instant Eye lift
o Jelly mask
o Long wear polish
o Massage enhancements
o Strength and repair (mani)
o Massage enhancements

3.3. Points will be credited to the Member’s account after completion of
the qualifying transaction or activity, subject to verification, and will be
issued in the next business day following the close of a transaction.

3.4. Gene Juarez reserves the right to delay, withhold, or cancel the
issuance of points in cases of suspected fraud, returns, cancellations, or
system errors.

3.5. Points have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may not be
sold, exchanged, or assigned.

4. Tier Status

4.1. The Program may include tiered membership levels based on
qualifying spend within a rolling 12-month period. 

Insider tier – any spend

Premier Tier - $750.00 - $1499.99 in annual spend

Elite Tier - $1500 or more in annual spend

4.2. Tier thresholds, benefits, and eligibility criteria are determined
by Gene Juarez and may be modified at any time.

4.3. Tier status is evaluated on a rolling basis and may be upgraded or
downgraded based on Member activity.

4.4. Tier benefits are subject to availability and may be changed,
substituted, or discontinued without notice.

5. Redeeming Points

5.1. Points may be redeemed only by Members who meet applicable
eligibility requirements (e.g., Premier or Elite tiers).

5.2. Points may be redeemed for discounts on qualifying services and
retail purchases, subject to the following:

Redemption must occur in designated increments of 100 points

A maximum percentage discount of 30% per transaction will apply

One reward point is valued at $0.03

Additional exclusions or restrictions may apply

5.3. Points may not be redeemed for:

Cash or cash equivalents

Gift cards or prepaid cards

Gratuities, taxes, or fees

Prior purchases or transactions

5.4. All redemptions are final. Points will not be reinstated once
redeemed.

6. Expiration and Forfeiture

6.1. Points and tier status are based on Member activity within a
rolling 12-month period. Points expire 365 days from date of issue

6.2. Gene Juarez reserves the right to expire unused points after a
period of inactivity, as determined at its sole discretion.

6.3. Points may be forfeited if:

The Member account becomes inactive

The Program is terminated

The Member violates these Terms

7. Referrals

7.1. Referral points may be awarded when a new guest completes a
qualifying transaction and the referral is properly attributed.

7.2. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, or fraudulent referrals are
strictly prohibited.

7.3. Gene Juarez reserves the right to withhold or revoke referral
points in cases of suspected abuse.

8. Promotions and Bonus Offers

8.1. From time to time, Gene Juarez may offer promotional campaigns,
including bonus points or enhanced earning opportunities.

8.2. Such promotions are subject to separate terms and may be modified
or terminated at any time without notice.

9. Exclusions

9.1. Certain transactions may be excluded from earning or redeeming
points, including but not limited to:

Gift card purchases (points may be earned upon redemption)

Taxes, fees, and gratuities

Discounted or promotional services

Non-qualifying products or services

9.2. Additional exclusions may apply at the sole discretion of Gene
Juarez.

10. Account Management

10.1. Members are responsible for maintaining accurate account
information.

10.2. Points will not be awarded retroactively for transactions where
the Member was not properly identified at the time of purchase.

10.3. Gene Juarez is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect
or incomplete account information.

11. Program Modification and Termination

11.1. Gene Juarez reserves the right, at any time without notice, at its
sole discretion, to:

Modify these Terms

Change point values, earning methods, or redemption rules

Adjust tier thresholds or benefits

Suspend or terminate the Program

11.2. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Gene Juarez website
unless otherwise required by law.

12. Termination or Suspension of Membership

12.1. Gene Juarez may suspend or terminate a member’s participation in
the Program at any time for:

Violation of these Terms

Fraudulent or abusive behavior

Misrepresentation or misconduct

12.2. Upon termination, all accumulated points may be forfeited without
compensation.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gene Juarez shall not be liable
for:

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Loss of points, rewards, or benefits

System failures, delays, or technical malfunctions

Unauthorized account access

Participation in the Program is at the Member’s own risk.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Program and all associated benefits are provided on an “as is” and
“as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

15. Privacy

Participation in the Program is subject to the Gene Juarez Privacy
Policy. By participating, you consent to the collection and use of your
information for Program administration and marketing purposes in accordance
with applicable laws.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the
laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law
principles.
