    Membership may be canceled at any time by emailing memberships@genejuarez.com or calling (425) 373-3715.
    Please allow 48 hours for processing.

    Membership benefit charges are non-refundable, but will roll over for up to 30 days after the month charged.

    No-show for a membership service appointment will result in forfeiture of one service credit.

    No refunds for service credits not used.

    Environmental service fees for membership services are included in membership monthly fee. Additional services will incur ESF.

    No blackout periods/days. Book anytime.
