Earn points
Earn loyalty points on most purchases, including gift card purchases. Generally, you will earn one point for every $10 you spend on products or services.

To redeem loyalty points, sign a digital form acknowledging the terms and conditions
Redeem rewards
Every time you earn 50 loyalty points, you will earn a $10 reward to spend on products or services. We'll send you a monthly update on your point balance, or review any time in your online booking account.
The fine print
Loyalty points are not earned for select purchase types, including:
- purchases paid by gift card redemptions
- bonus gift cards
- spa member monthly dues
- service package purchases
- special event services
- no show and cancellation fees
- training model services
- charitable donations
- reusable retail bag fees
- environmental sustainability fees
- employee purchases, and
- shipping and handling.
Points may be redeemed toward most purchases, but may not be redeemed toward:
- gift card purchases
- spa membership dues
- service package purchases
- event services
- no show and cancellation fees
- charitable donations
- training model services
- reusable retail bag fees
- state and local taxes
- online purchases
- environmental sustainability fees
- employee purchases and
- shipping and handling fees
Loyalty points expire 12 months after earned if not redeemed as rewards.
